Being located in the heart of the ArkLaTex in Shreveport, Louisiana, Service Steel & Pipe needed local ownership to invest its capital back into developing and growing this well-established metals distributor. In late 2021, Service Steel Distributors, LLC was formed to acquire all assets of the company and build on the Company’s successes. A group of strong local business partners: Rand Falbaum, Patrick Harrison, Ian McElroy and Micheal Young founded Service Steel Distributors and purchased the business with the intention to grow and expand its size, capabilities and market share. They have done exactly that!
